Plain River Herb School began as a winter journal in a small Nordic-inspired greenhouse. We documented experiments in seed vigor, light intensity, and pruning cadence and realized that the quiet process itself was teachable. Today we translate that calm rigor into courses that help you cultivate flavor, fragrance, and function—without noise.
